UNSW ID Cards

If you are a new UNSW employee or contractor, this guide will help you obtain or replace your UNSW ID card. For students, please visit The Nucleus: Student Hub for ID card services.

Once approved, bring the form to the Security Office at Gate 2 to obtain your ID card for a $25 fee.

If your ID card is expiring or has expired, you can replace it at no cost by bringing the old card to the Security Office at Gate 2.

If your ID card is lost or suspected stolen, cancel it immediately by contacting Protective Services at 9385 6000 or emailing ID.cards@unsw.edu.au. A $25 fee applies for replacement unless you provide a police report for a stolen card.

If your ID card is damaged or not working, you can replace it at no cost by bringing it to the Security Office at Gate 2.
