Make an online request
For repairs, relocations, waste, cleaning, compliments, complaints or general inquiries, you can request assistance online either in Archibus or with the form below. Archibus is a self-service system that issues service request tickets. You are given a case number and your request is directed to the specific building manager or relevant Estate Management team member who will be able to assist you. If you do not have access to Archibus, log a Service Request Form below and it will be attended to during normal business hours - 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
